And this son is an orphan who works hard at school, and his father is very strict.
He says: Money should not come, it should not be given to him.
So this woman hides the money that comes, claiming that she spends it on this son and on what the house needs.
As if, if she asked this man, he would give her very little, which would lead to arguments or something like that. What is your opinion on this?
As for what you advise the father.
But if it is for spending on the household, she is not allowed to take from the child's money, because the responsibility for the household expenses is on the father.
And he is the one who is obligated.
Nor should she take from the father's money to spend on the household.
Even if he does not know, because the Prophet ﷺ gave a ruling on that.
When she came to complain.
It is as if he is a stingy man who does not please her regarding her child.
Okay, and if the child himself hides it, on the basis that he is spending on himself, so that means.
It is possible.
The important thing is, as long as he is in need.
Then there is no problem in hiding it from his father.
