Honorable Sheikh, what is your advice for teenagers regarding childbirth, and what should be recited from the Quran?

I think the advice we should give is to the one who is experiencing labor pains.

Except that she should attach her heart to Allah, the Mighty and Majestic.

And turn to Him and ask Him to make it easy for her.

Especially when the labor pains become intense. As for reciting something specific, I do not know of anything specific to be recited, but when childbirth is difficult, a person can write.

In a vessel, the verses that indicate the relief of hardship.

For example, when the earth is shaken with its earthquake and the earth brings forth its burdens, and like His saying, the Exalted: Allah knows what every female carries, and what the wombs lose and what they increase.

And like His saying, the Exalted: No female conceives or gives birth except with His knowledge, and similar verses.

And you give her to drink from it and wipe around her.

That is, her lower abdomen; this makes childbirth easier.
