The virtuous sheikh, may Allah protect him.

Allah, the Exalted, says in soera Abasa.

Allah, the Exalted, has guaranteed to make things easy for this newborn.

Many people, men and women, are quick to opt for what is called a cesarean section, and this shows a lack of reliance on Allah, the Exalted.

I see, may Allah bless you, that this method people use nowadays—when a woman feels labor pains, she goes to the hospital and they perform a cesarean section for her.

I see that this is from the inspiration of Satan.

And that its harm is much greater than its benefit.

Because a woman must experience pain during labor.

But this pain brings her benefits. The first benefit is that

it wipes out sins, and the second is that it raises her ranks if she is patient and seeks reward.

And the third is that the woman comes to know the value of a mother.

Who has been afflicted with what this woman has been afflicted with.

And the fourth is that she recognizes the value of Allah the Exalted's blessing of well-being.

And the fifth is that her kindness towards her son increases.

Because the more something is attained with difficulty, the more the soul is compassionate towards it.

And more attached to it. And the sixth is that this burden comes out from its usual, familiar place.

And in this there is good for him and for the woman.

Seventh, she expects that.

The harm of the operation, because the operation.

Weakens the abdominal wall and the uterus, and other things, and there may be tearing, and it may succeed or it may not succeed.

Eighth, the one who gets used to cesarean sections hardly returns to.

Natural delivery, because she cannot.

And there is a risk for her that the site of the operations may tear.

Ninth: that you are undergoing surgeries.

Reducing offspring.

That is because if the abdomen is opened three times from different places during surgeries,

there will be weakness and the pregnancy in the future

will be dangerous. Tenth: this is one of the ways of luxury.

And luxury is a cause of destruction.

As Allah the Exalted said about the people of the left: They were before that living in luxury.

Is it obligatory for a woman to be patient and seek reward from Allah?

And that she continues to give birth naturally.

For that is better for her in the present and in the future.

And men also must pay attention to this matter themselves.

And they do not know, perhaps our enemies are the ones who made this easy for us.

These operations are so that we miss out on these benefits and fall into these losses.

Yes, the other side, because it avoids the pain of miscarriage.

Natural, and this is a kind of luxury.

And luxury, if it does not help in obedience to Allah,

then it is either blameworthy or at the very least permissible.
