Honorable sheikh, may Allah protect you, a man is married to a woman from a corrupt family, as the husband himself describes her family.
One day, the husband left his house, and when he returned, he found something sad and distressing.
Someone had entered upon his wife after she opened the door, thinking he was one of the neighbor's sons, and he committed an immoral act with her.
The husband found marks of beating and strangulation on her.
She told him the truth, but he insisted on keeping her and did not divorce her.
What do you advise this man, knowing that he is among the righteous and good people?
And among the advice to this man is that he should do the same with that woman, especially since the news has spread among the people. May Allah protect you and reward you.
All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds. May Allah's peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
And those who follow them in goodness until the Day of Judgment.
This incident is undoubtedly painful and saddening.
And it has causes. Among its causes is what is spread in the media.
Of evil and affliction, whether through the media.
Whether seen, read, or heard.
People have become excessive in listening to.
Foreign media through satellite dishes known as "dishes."
We ask Allah to protect the Muslims from its evil, and to empower the state over its people until it eliminates it.
The state, praise be to Allah, has issued a warning that it will eliminate these dishes.
We ask Allah to help them with that and to hasten this matter before evil and corruption spread.
There is no doubt that the enemies of the Muslims spare no effort in turning Muslims away from their religion.
If they can do so by force of arms,
and by killing people, they do it.
Just as is happening now in Bosnia and Herzegovina and other Muslim lands.
And if they are not able to do that,
then they use destructive morals.
And when a person's character is destroyed, he becomes like an animal, no different.
He has no concern except enjoying himself in this world, and we seek refuge with Allah.
And Allah said about the disbelievers: Those who disbelieve enjoy themselves and eat as cattle eat.
And the Fire is their abode, a terrible end.
So if a young man sees these media outlets,
or a young woman, and it becomes absorbed in their hearts.
And it becomes easy for them to practice it.
Also, among the destructive means of media is that they invade people with corrupt ideas.
Evil and deviant, causing many people to go astray because of them.
For this reason, we advise our Muslim brothers in general,
to remove such fitna from their homes,
and to protect their families, their sons and daughters.
And if they find a magazine,
that is inappropriate or destructive to morals,
then it is their duty to burn it in front of the family and warn them not to bring something like it again.
The same applies to other means as well.
If they see that the family insists on it, then they must prevent them.
As for letting things go unchecked, that leads to great harm, including cases like the one the questioner mentioned.
As for his wife, he says that he found her.
He found marks of beating on her, and this means that the woman.
Yes, and this means that the woman did not do that by her own choice.
And that this man, and Allah knows best, knocked on her door.
And made her think he was one of her mahrams or relatives until he entered.
And what happened from him happened. As for her saying that she thinks he is the neighbor's son, that's what he says.
This is her mistake; even the neighbor's son is not allowed to be let in.
From the neighbors, like the husband's relative.
It means death, and that's why when the Prophet, peace be upon him, warned against entering upon women.
He said: Beware of entering upon women. They said: O Messenger of Allah, what about the in-law? Meaning the husband's relatives, like his brother, his uncle, and his maternal uncle.
He said: The in-law is death, meaning flee from him as you would flee from death, and it is a calamity, because when the in-law enters the house of a relative, people do not find it strange.
And he also thinks it is a minor matter to enter his relative's house.
A girl permitted evil, so we say to this woman: never open the door to anyone except her husband or one of her mahrams.
She should also be cautious, because some people are malicious.
He might imitate a voice, so beware of this.
So what I see is that if this woman claims she was forced, as appears to be the case from the question, then she is excused.
There is no sin on her, and if her husband keeps her with him, he is not a cuckold.
Rather, this is an excuse for her.
We should not leave her because of this act that happened to her, and Allah knows best, she was forced.
As for what people say, there is no one among people.
People insulted the Messenger ﷺ, and they insulted Allah, the Mighty and Majestic.
