Ibn Amr ibn al-As, may Allah be pleased with him, said: There are devils imprisoned in the sea.
Sulaiman chained them, and they are about to come out from the depths upon the people.
What does this mean? No, nothing is confirmed from the Prophet ﷺ, this is usually from the Isra'iliyyat.
This is usually from his own narration, Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As.
He had two bundles, meaning books he took from the People of the Book, and he used to read from them.
As long as it is not attributed to the Prophet ﷺ, then this is from the views of Bani Israel.
