Umm Muhammad from Egypt says that she was with her husband and wanted to go to prayer, so he said, "Go, for you are free," and she says he did not mean divorce. Does it count here?

It does not matter; this phrase does not count as divorce unless he intended it, since the context does not support it.

Nor is it the case if the situation between them is not one of anger or conflict, so that this phrase would be used. Rather, he just said it.

Sometimes this phrase is used by some husbands as a way of playing with Allah's ruling, so if it is done in that way,

like someone who uses phrases of divorce to threaten his wife, repeating them and then saying, "I did not mean it, I did not mean divorce," then this

we say that this is a kind of taking these rulings lightly.

Mockery, and this also requires discipline. That is why we find that some of the imams, may Allah have mercy on them, from the sahaba like Umar, and also

some of the caliphs and some of the scholars call for disciplining those who play with divorce, even if their divorce is not enacted. So these things need

attention, and it is not allowed for him to treat these matters lightly, since they are boundaries and rulings. This is like some people, for example, who want to

imitate the form of prayer, so he does things like saying, "We want to pray," or calls the adhan and then says, "I did not mean the real adhan."

We say that the symbols of Allah should be treated with respect, and a person should set a boundary between himself and them, out of reverence for those symbols, since Allah the Mighty and Majestic has made them a separation between you and your wife, so a person must not transgress.

those boundaries with idle talk, joking, or making fun. That is why we say that this divorce he pronounced did not take effect.

Outwardly, but as for him, we say he must have taqwa of Allah the Mighty and Majestic by not uttering these phrases at the wrong time or when there is no need for them. May Allah reward you, sheikh.
