Saying tasbih, tahmid, and takbir after the prayers—has the number eleven times been authentically reported?
The Prophet ﷺ mentioned several counts for this: thirty-three times for Subhan Allah, Alhamdulillah, and Allahu Akbar.
It was reported as thirty-three times, and also as thirty-three times with takbir thirty-four times, and also as "La ilaha illa Allah wahdahu la sharika lah" with or without this count, and it was also reported as twenty-five times.
It was reported as ten times, and also as eleven times.
If a person wants to alternate between these forms, it is better to do all of them, although some scholars have discussed this.
In this regard, but we say regarding this matter that varying between them, as long as it is not done consistently, is not a problem. And Allah knows best.
