A questioner asks: Regarding certainty when making du'a, when I make du'a, how can I be certain?
That Allah will answer my du'a, should I feel that or what?
The important certainty is that a person does not make du'a and say, "I made du'a but it was not answered for me."
Or, "It was not answered for me." No, he makes du'a while having certainty that Allah will answer him.
Or that Allah will make it one of three things, as in the question.
Either He will answer him, or He will avert from him an equivalent harm, or He will delay it for him until the Day of.
The Day of Judgment, but he should not think that Allah neglects him.
Nor that He does not pay attention to his du'a, the Exalted.
