The way to recite the Mu'awwidhat, blow, and wipe over the body.
It is reported from the Prophet ﷺ that he used to recite the Mu'awwidhat and "Say: He is Allah, the One," then blow into his hands and wipe over as much of his body as he could.
This is general, this applies to all parts of the body, to all parts of the body. But from the apparent wording, it is what is visible of his body, what is visible of his body.
And we say that the description in this is that a person wipes, for example, over his face, his shoulders, his stomach, and likewise.
Over his upper arms, forearms, and hands, then also over the visible part of his thighs and then his feet.
But is it, for example, allowed for a person to, for example, turn onto his back and wipe his back?
Likewise, what is on the back of his body, we say this does not appear, because if such a situation were mentioned, it would require unnecessary effort, it would require unnecessary effort.
But we say, what appears from his body when he lies on his back, he lies down and whatever is visible in that state, and what is not, which is on the side facing the ground.
The basic principle is that this is not visible, and likewise, the hand does not reach it.
Also, another matter: it is not said that he removes his clothing, it is not said that he removes his clothing on the basis that the hand must touch the skin directly.
Rather, he wipes the face, and likewise wipes the rest of the body, whatever is visible, and whatever is covered by clothing remains covered, and whatever is not covered, like his feet, hands, face, and head.
He wipes it, and in this, the apparent evidence is absent, and Allah knows best. That is, the order is recitation, then blowing, then wiping.
Yes, the recitation is that he recites the three sooras, then blows, then recites the three sooras, then blows, then recites the three sooras, then.
then he wipes. The wiping is after the three, after each time. Alright.
