The shaykh says: I swore not to do that thing, but I did it. What is the ruling?

Is there anything required of me for this oath? If she swore not to do something and then did it, she must offer expiation for breaking an oath.

She must offer expiation, but of course she did not specify in that. Was what she swore not to do something haram or not haram? Also, in her saying not to do it.

Is it just refraining from something haram, or did you permit yourself in this? But we say, in both opinions, the stronger view is that she must offer expiation for breaking an oath. If it was haram, she should seek forgiveness and repent from her sin. And Allah knows best.
