Call to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good advice, and argue with them in the best manner.
Your Lord knows best who has strayed from His path, and He knows best who is rightly guided.
Reflect on what you say before you speak, and reflect on what you do before you act.
If it is good and beneficial speech, or something permissible when needed, then say it.
Otherwise, hold back. The Prophet ﷺ says in an authentic hadith,
A servant may utter a word that angers Allah without thinking about it, without being careful about it.
Allah writes His anger for him because of it until the Day he meets Him, and in another narration: A servant may utter a word.
Without thinking about it, and because of it, he is thrown into the Fire farther than the distance between east and west. So the matter is serious.
And he says to Mu'adh, may Allah be pleased with him, the Prophet says to Mu'adh: O Mu'adh.
Restrain yourself, and he pointed to his tongue. The Messenger of Allah said: Will we be held accountable
for what we say? He ﷺ replied,
Are people thrown into the Fire on their faces
Or on their shoulders except for what their tongues have harvested.
Is it obligatory for the believing man and woman to be cautious,
and to guard themselves from a word or action that harms you.
By your Lord, the Exalted, by your Lord, We will surely question them all about what they used to do.
