She asks: Is it possible to combine the aqiqah and the udhiyah in one sacrifice?

Regarding combining, we say: Al-Azhar says not to combine, Al-Azhar in this matter says not to combine because these are two separate legislations.

Specific, and there is no absolute legislation. If the legislation were absolute, for example, a person wants to make it an aqiqah, and wants, for example,

to gather the family and relatives and so on, then we say this has come unrestricted and restricted; the restricted one is the aqiqah.

As for the udhiyah and aqiqah, they are two restricted legislations. For example, a person wants to combine, he is not allowed to combine two legislations like the fajr prayer and its sunnah.
