A man has a defect, and he wants to marry a woman who is content with this defect in him.
But if the woman's guardian knows about this defect, he will not let him marry her. So, is it obligatory to hide this defect?
This problem, the woman is unfortunate.
Her emotions overcome her.
So this brother deceives her.
He tells her: I love you, I want you, and so on. Don't tell about this thing, she won't tell him, she won't inform.
That is why Islam.
did not give the woman complete freedom to act in this matter, the matter of marriage.
There must be another man involved with her, her guardian, whether it is the father, the son, the grandfather, the brother, the uncle, the cousin, whoever it may be.
Because a woman is emotional, someone might say a few words to her and so on.
She says: Okay, like that. So she thinks with her emotions, not with her mind.
Her emotions are stronger than her mind, so it is necessary for there to be a third party, which is the guardian for the woman.
Therefore, the marriage is not valid until the consent of three is present.
The husband, the wife, and the guardian.
It is not permissible to hide this defect from the guardian, it is not allowed.
Hiding this defect from the guardian is not allowed, just as it is not allowed to hide the defect from the husband, nor is it allowed to hide the defect from the wife, likewise it is not allowed to hide the defect from.
The guardian. If they are pleased with him, alhamdulillah. If they are not pleased with him, look for another one, and alhamdulillah, it is not allowed.
