The second questioner says: Is it permissible to send prayers upon the Prophet ﷺ in every rak'ah and every sujud as he does? Yes.
As for the prayer, we say that the basic principle regarding the adhkar in bowing and sujud is that they should be said quietly. As for sending prayers upon the Prophet ﷺ in sujud and in bowing, I do not know of any authentic report.
From the Prophet ﷺ, nor from any of the Companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Therefore, we say: if a person does it occasionally, there is no harm in it.
But to do it regularly is contrary to the sunnah.
Because the point is to restrict the evidence as it came, away from emotion. Perhaps a person, for example, says I want to pray, so he makes the entire prayer like this.
The whole prayer is sending prayers upon the Prophet, even the du'a of recitation and so on. Therefore, we say that doing this is contrary to the sunnah.
And if he wants to do this to avoid harm or something similar, or he wants to listen, then we say that sending prayers upon the Prophet ﷺ is among the praiseworthy remembrances and righteous deeds.
But placing it in the wrong context is against the sunnah, unless a person is compelled, like someone in this situation who mentions it occasionally, not constantly. And Allah knows best.
