She asks: is it permissible to uncover the body in clinics?
For the doctor to remove hair using laser, I am forced to do this because I find it difficult to remove hair in another way. There is nothing wrong with that, but the most important thing is not to uncover the awrah.
For example, if she removes facial hair for a woman, for example.
Or hair, for example, on the shoulder, the arm, or the leg.
But she should not uncover her thigh or her private parts.
A woman, even to remove her hair, because even a woman, it is not permissible for a woman to look at the awrah of another woman.
No one is allowed to look at a woman's awrah except her husband.
And no one is allowed to look at a man's awrah except his wife or his female slave.
Except in cases of necessity, if it becomes necessary, such as a surgical operation.
In cases of necessity, it is allowed to uncover the awrah, whether it is a man for a woman or a woman for a man.
But without necessity, for things like removing hair and so on, it is not allowed to uncover the awrah.
So if this hair is on the back, or the leg, or the arm, or the shoulder, or the face, then there is no problem.
It is permissible for a woman to remove it, but if this hair is between the navel and the knee, it is not allowed.
For a woman to uncover her awrah to another woman for the purpose of removing this hair is not allowed, and Allah knows best.
