Is it enough to make up the night prayer in the morning, meaning instead of the Duha prayer?

Yes, it suffices for the Duha prayer, as mentioned in the narration of Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her. The Prophet ﷺ, if he missed the witr at night, would pray ten rak'ahs during the day.

And this indicates that the Prophet ﷺ was content with this, and if he had prayed something else, it would have been mentioned in this hadith. And Allah knows best.
