He says, if a person has rights and does not claim them, is he being unjust to himself? No, he is not being unjust to himself unless these rights are not only his.

Rather, if they belong to him and to others, then he would be wronging others if he is the one who can claim them.

But if he gives up his own rights, on the contrary, he is not being unjust. On the contrary, this, inshaAllah, is a great good if he gives up his rights to someone else.
