Is she required to wear hijab? And then, who would require her to do so if it is the case?
As for the disbelieving woman, regarding hijab, there is something required for the slave woman, and there is something required for the free woman.
As for what is required of the slave woman, it is that she does not show her hair, and it is also required of the disbelieving woman not to show any of her hair. As for her face, she is most likely not commanded to cover it.
And that is because it has been narrated in al-Bukhari's Sahih that al-Hasan ibn.
Abu al-Hasan became al-Basri, and he is al-Hasan al-Basri.
He was asked about the women of the polytheists showing their faces.
He replied to him, saying: Lower your gaze, meaning you should lower your gaze. So we say regarding that,
that the ruler must order them to cover their hair.
He should order them to cover their hair, but as for their faces, they are most likely not ordered to do so. As for the free woman,
who is the Muslim woman, she is ordered to do so according to the correct view, as has been explained in many places. And Allah knows best. Your guidance even in the matter of commanding,
how is that if she is a non-mahram?
As for a non-mahram woman, of course, enjoining good and forbidding evil applies here, and enjoining good is something shared by everyone, and it should be done with wisdom.
And with good advice, a person conveys the obligatory matter and responsibility. There is a responsibility upon men to lower their gaze, and there is also a responsibility upon women. And women in this matter are of different levels, and Allah knows best.
