May Allah reward you. He says: Are there specific verses and surahs mentioned for breaking magic from someone affected by it?
Yes.
The entire Quran is a healing, and among them are the verses about magic in al-A'raf.
And in Ta-Ha, and in other places.
And Allah's statement: Ayat al-Kursi, reciting al-Fatiha, all of these are among the means.
The non-Arabs themselves, the verse of sujud in Iraq, and the verse of sujud in Tunisia.
Yunus. along with Al-Fatiha, and by Allah, Al-Mu'awwidhatayn, repeat three times, and if.
He finds fresh sidr leaves, puts them in water, and recites the verses over it.
And some medicines are beneficial with it. as some of the salaf mentioned this.
Shaykh Al-Ajuraman mentioned it as stated in the nushrah.
The point is that he is treated with permissible medicines, legitimate supplications, and legitimate ruqyah, and this is what is obligatory and allowed.
But as for breaking magic spells, that is not allowed.
This. no. I. this. without him knowing.
No, that's not acceptable, and they should not believe it.
Go ahead.
Regarding ruqya for jinn, about ruqya for jinn, there is a hadith from the Messenger, peace be upon him, about the process of ruqya, that he performed ruqya for a Bedouin. What are the verses that a person is treated with?
As for the Prophet ﷺ performing ruqya, that is correct. He performed ruqya with verses from the Quran.
But as for what exactly the ruqya is, we have not found a specific text.
For the ruqya that the Messenger ﷺ performed, but the Quran, as Allah the Mighty and Majestic described it in the Quran itself.
It is a healing for what is in the hearts, so anything, especially what is known that the Prophet ﷺ
performed ruqya or ruqya was done with it, like the two chapters of seeking refuge.
Say: He is Allah, the One; Say: O disbelievers—these are well-known chapters of seeking refuge.
With them, the one performing ruqya recites, and with other noble verses that
have no connection to seeking help from Allah the Mighty and Majestic to expel that jinn from the possessed human.
So, in short, it is true that the Prophet ﷺ recited over some people and expelled the jinn from them.
As for what exactly he recited and used for ruqyah, Allah knows best, but it is known in the authentic sunnah.
That when the Prophet ﷺ was bewitched by Labeed the Jew, and he remained in his bed for months,
sick until two persons came to him during his illness.
And the narration clearly states that they were two angels.
One was at his head and the other at his feet, and one of them said while they were glorifying Allah.
The Prophet ﷺ heard, while he was in his bed, one of them said to the other: What is wrong with this man?
He said: He is afflicted, meaning he is bewitched. He said: Who bewitched him? He said: Labeed, this Jew.
With what did he bewitch him? With a comb and hair from the comb, in a well—I think this was mentioned in the narration, so I am repeating it.
The point is that he, peace be upon him,
woke up or understood this conversation that took place between the two angels, so he said to Aisha: Did you know that Allah, the Mighty and Majestic.
sent two angels to me and mentioned this story, so he ordered Ali to go to that well.
So he took out something wrapped with the hair of the Messenger ﷺ and a comb, and as soon as he untied it.
This happened, and the Messenger ﷺ recited over himself.
The protective chapters we mentioned earlier, and suddenly he ﷺ was as if released from bonds.
He was treated with these protective chapters.
The point about these protective chapters is that they are known to be the best thing to use for healing the sick.
Likewise, Al-Fatiha, and there is a well-known story about that in Sahih al-Bukhari. This is the answer to what you asked.
You mentioned, may Allah preserve you, that you
will tell us about some books on legitimate ruqyah. We ask you to mention them.
Among them is the book Zad al-Ma'ad by Ibn al-Qayyim, may Allah have mercy on him.
He mentioned a large number of these.
Also, al-Wabil al-Sayyib.
From al-Kalim al-Tayyib, also by Ibn al-Qayyim.
Among these is the collection of good words by Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyya, may Allah have mercy on him.
It has been authenticated, and it has been selected.
Al-Albani, may Allah have mercy on him, selected the authentic narrations from it.
He compiled them into a separate book, and among these is the book of adhkar by al-Nawawi.
Some of its narrations have questionable authenticity.
