He says, "My father insults Allah, goes to extremes, and mocks the sahaba."
He does nothing but harass the maids.
We tell him this is haram, and he spreads the secrets of our house; every problem in the house, he tells on us sometimes.
And he is old, over seventy.
He says, "It's haram for women to go to work wearing perfume," he says.
No, it's not haram.
Allah is the one whose help is sought, this is a trial, this is a trial.
If the father is like this, then this is a trial, may Allah the Blessed and Exalted guide him.
And may He enlighten his insight, and the son here should strive as much as he can.
To influence the household, his sisters, his mother, so that this father does not affect them.
And if he is able to move out, to rent a house.
He leaves with his mother and sisters and leaves the father alone in the house, there is no problem if he is like this, cursing the Lord the Exalted, this is a mushrik, a disbeliever.
They should not stay with him in the house if they are able.
