You left your family in Khurasan seeking the true religion.
Your father was wealthy, with estates and money that you left behind, and you became a Christian.
But no.
Then what troubles you, Salman? From one world to another, from one monk to another.
Until you reached Mosul, where you stayed with a noble monk who soon died, and he advised you to go to Nisibis.
There you found the good monk.
He advised you and then died, and then you went to the one in Amuriyya.
You stayed with him.
O Salman. Who?
Follow me. The monk is being taken. What did you say? Understood, Ammar.
He does not see a vision in his sleep except that it comes to him true and clear, as if it were the break of dawn.
Congratulations to you, Zayd. You came as a servant, they sold you in 'Ukaf, until you reached the care of this righteous man, Muhammad ibn Abdullah, and he set you free.
He freed me and adopted me, so there is no one in Mecca except that they call me Zayd ibn Muhammad.
Do you believe it, Ammar, by the Lord of the Kaaba, if I were his own son, he would not have worked harder to raise me and show me kindness than he does.
By Allah, it is true loyalty to remain in the place he put you, and I will be loyal to him with the loyalty of a man to his family, and by Allah.
By Allah, Ammar, I will never choose anyone over him among mankind.
May you be blessed, sir, may you be blessed.
As for us, the family of Yasir, what can I say? We are not slaves. We came from Yemen owning nothing, and here we are working like slaves. I am forced into this.
Congratulations to you, my master. Be patient, my brother, be patient.
May Allah provide you with a way out, Ammar.
Where are you going, Zayd? I find comfort in your company, for every stranger is close to another stranger. My father Muhammad is in the mountains of Mecca.
I am going to him, perhaps he needs something.
Safe travels. Ammar.
If the world becomes tight for you, go to Muhammad.
He never turns away someone in need.
In fact, he is overjoyed when he relieves someone's distress.
The first thing the Messenger of Allah began with.
ﷺ, when Allah the Exalted wanted to honor him and show mercy to the servants.
At that time, he was forty years old, and Allah the Exalted made seclusion beloved to him.
Nothing was more beloved to him than to be alone in seclusion.
And he ﷺ said,
The true vision is one part out of six.
And forty parts of prophethood. His migration was to a land between two lava fields.
Between them are date palms, with signs that are unmistakable.
He eats gifts but does not eat charity, and between his shoulders is the seal of prophethood.
So if she was able to reach that land, she did so.
Even if he were at the end of the earth, I would go to him. My Lord, when will my eyes be blessed with seeing the Arab Prophet?
O Allah, have mercy on Your servant Salman.
My Lord, I have traveled from one land to another. Is this the end of the journey?
There is relief and the salvation of my soul. And at that time, when he was forty years old, peace be upon him.
Whenever he went out to the valleys and ravines of Mecca, he would not pass by a stone or a tree except that they would say,
Peace be upon you, O Messenger of Allah. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would turn,
to his right, to his left, and behind him, but he would see nothing but trees and stones.
Then Jibril came to him with what Allah had honored him with, while he was in Hira during the month of Ramadan.
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ narrated and said:
Jibril came to me while I was sleeping, with a cloth of silk in which there was a book.
He said: Read. I said,
I am not a reader. So he took hold of me and pressed me.
He pressed me until I thought it was death, then he released me and said: Read. I said: What should I read? So he pressed me with it until
until I thought it was death, then he released me and said.
Read. I said, "What should I read?" He said: Read in the name of your Lord who created.
Created man from a clinging clot. Read, and your Lord is the Most Generous.
Who taught by the pen, taught man what he did not know.
So I recited it, then he finished and left me.
And when I woke up from my sleep, it was as if a book had been written in my heart.
So I went out, and when I was in the middle of the mountain, I heard a voice from the sky saying,
O Muhammad, you are the Messenger of Allah and I am Jibril.
I turned my face away from him to different horizons of the sky.
And there was Jibril in the form of a man, standing.
His feet were at the horizon of the sky, saying: O Muhammad, you are the Messenger of Allah and I am Jibril. So I stood looking at him.
I did not move forward or backward, and I did not look in any other direction of the sky.
Except that I saw him like that, and I kept standing, not moving forward.
And I did not go back until she sent.
Khadijah sent her messenger to look for him. Where to, Zayd?
My lady Khadijah sent me to ask for my master Abu al-Qasim. May Allah bless you, kiss him between his eyes for me, and tell him his mother Baraka misses you, O light of her eyes.
He keeps mentioning you and says: Umm Ayman is my mother after my mother.
O light of my eyes, I will visit him soon.
So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ returned and informed Khadijah, may Allah be pleased with her.
She said: Rejoice, son of my uncle, and remain steadfast. By the One in Whose hand is Khadijah's soul,
I hope that you are the Prophet of this umma. Then she went to her cousin Waraqa ibn Nawfal.
Holy, Holy, Holy.
By the One in Whose hand is Waraqa's soul.
If you have told me the truth, Khadijah, then the Great Messenger who used to come to Musa has come to him.
And he is truly the Prophet of this umma.
So tell him to remain steadfast. The promise of Allah has come, O Waraqa.
The promise of truth has come. And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would circle the Kaaba seven times when he returned from the cave of Hira.
Waraqa ibn Nawfal met him and said to him: By the One in Whose hand is my soul.
You are the Prophet of this umma, O Muhammad.
And if I live to see that day, I will support Allah with a support that He knows. Indeed, He is the Lord.
By the Kaaba, it is truly an amazing matter. An amazing matter.
What light is upon Mecca?
What a light.
O gentle breeze.
It is the air of my chest and it slips into my soul.
It's as if it's the breeze of amber.
What soul has descended upon Mecca tonight, Mus'ab?
Oh, the morning, how gentle it is.
Oh, this radiance, how beautiful it is.
What a light shines over Mecca tonight.
Who among my people has arrived here? It's as if it is light and amber, as if it is oud and amber.
O Ammar, O Ammar, yes Salama, he settled in your embrace.
It is as if a light is fluttering over the Kaaba.
And the scent of perfume fills Mecca. It is the light, the light of prophethood that illuminated Mecca.
It illuminated the whole world. O sheikh, here in this Nile.
Alone? Show us his light, O Ubayd Allah. I wish I could stay to support him and strengthen his hand.
Ah, O Zayd, you departed before your eyes could be delighted by the sight of the Most Merciful.
O sheikh, has his time come? Yes, by the House of Allah, yes.
So make sure you do not miss it, make sure.
I will do it. I will do it. No, I will do it, sheikh. Yes, Asma.
Yes, what is this light? I am nearly forty and I have never seen the light of the sky fill Mecca like it does tonight.
This is a light that fills Mecca and fills my heart.
I knew that for this umma there would be a chosen Prophet, and this is his time, and I am ashamed, O Ubayd Allah.
Muhammad, son of Abdullah, son of Abdul Muttalib, son of Hashim.
The Prophet of this umma. Oh Zayd.
If only you were with me. You insisted, you insisted and you were in remembrance.
Juja said, for a worry that often brought tears.
A description from Khadijah after another description.
My wait has been long, Khadijah, for Muhammad will become our leader and will defeat anyone who opposes him.
And a light will appear in the land, by which creation will be established if it is shaken.
Whoever fights him will meet loss, and whoever makes peace with him will find success.
So I wish that if that happens, I would witness it and be the first of them to enter.
To enter into what Quraysh hated, even if Mecca were to be filled with noise.
Noise, so if they.
If they remain and I remain, there will be matters. The disbelievers will raise a loud outcry over them, and if I perish.
And if I am destroyed, every young man will face from destiny a ruin that is difficult.
O people of Aws and Khazraj.
It is the light of the Prophet that we are waiting for, and we will be victorious through him over you just as the people of Khaybar and Fadak were victorious.
Over Ghatafan. What wind is filled with fragrance, and what light fills Mecca.
Who is at the door? It is Waraqa, my sons.
Uncle Waraqa, come in, uncle.
The rain of light, O Sa'id ibn Zayd, fills Mecca. By the Lord of the Kaaba, what kind of radiance is this?
It is the radiance your father Zayd ibn Amr ibn Nufayl was waiting for.
And they died while he was searching for it, my son.
The radiance of prophethood, prophethood. It is upon Mecca, no, upon the whole world, O Sa'id.
If it reaches you, it will not pass you by, my son.
Holy, Holy, Holy.
If only Zayd were alive to see.
Step in, son of Zayd. His uncle Waraqa, come in.
Do not let it slip by you, Sa'id. It is the truth.
It is the light of prophethood that illuminated the whole world.
By Allah, it will not slip by me. It will not slip by me while I am Sa'id ibn Zayd ibn Amr ibn Nufayl.
O group of the poor, woe to you. Why do you waste your provisions and set your slaves free?
Woe to you, wait until tomorrow so we can find out the news.
Woe to you, son of Hisham.
What.? What happened?
What is this, Bilal? This is something we haven't seen before.
I hope it will be mercy and salvation for the slaves. When the matter of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ drew near.
and his mission approached, the devils were prevented from listening.
And they were prevented from the places where they used to sit to eavesdrop. Allah, the Exalted, said to His Prophet ﷺ.
And He tells him the story of the jinn.
Say, it has been revealed to me that a group of the jinn listened and said,
We have heard a wondrous Qur'an.
It guides to what is right, so we have believed in it.
And we will never associate anyone with our Lord.
Woe to you, follower of the jinn, this is the fourth time he comes to me and warns me about the coming of a Messenger from the descendants of Hashim in Mecca.
What are you waiting for, Suwad? I will surely warn my people, go to him, and declare my faith in him. It is as if the time of ignorance is about to end, Suwad.
If what his father said is true, then the jinn and devils have been prevented from eavesdropping.
Give him his due and return his trust, my son. Yes, sir.
For the sake of Allah, O righteous monk, tell me. Speak, my son.
May Allah have mercy on you, tell me about the hanifiyyah, the religion of Ibrahim. You are asking me about something people do not ask about today.
The time of a Prophet who will be sent with this religion from the people of the Sanctuary is near, and he will guide you to it. Yes, my brother.
I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah.
And I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.
Allah.
O my family, say the two testimonies.
I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah. And I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.
And I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. It's okay, Mustafa.
It's fine, but I ask you to swear not to tell the people of Mecca about this, for we have not been commanded yet. I will do so.
But tell me. The first person to have iman in the Messenger of Allah ﷺ among women was his wife Khadijah bint Khuwaylid.
May Allah be pleased with him, and among men it was Abu Bakr as-Siddiq, and among the youth, Ali ibn Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with them both.
And I am from the freed slaves. He testified.
That there is no deity except Allah.
And that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. Give me more, O Zayd.
Give me more. It's okay, Mus'ab. Muhammad, you are the Prophet of this umma.
Woe to myself if I am resurrected and my life has passed by, and I find in front of me only a short time.
By Allah, if I remain.
I don't think you, and I don't fight Quraysh for the sake of your call.
They will not leave you. The Jews and the polytheists will not leave you out of envy and rebellion.
And his shirk. Khadijah said to him: Allah forbid, my cousin.
Allah would never do that to you. By Allah, you fulfill the amana, you maintain family ties, and you speak the truth.
Then they went to her cousin, Waraqa ibn Nawfal, the learned scholar who did not follow the religion of Mecca. He was a man of knowledge and understanding. What did he say to Waraqa? He told him.
When I am alone, I hear a voice calling: O Muhammad.
O Muhammad. Then he told him about the vision in which the angel came to him, and recited to him what was said.
Recite. Recite in the name of your Lord who created.
Created man from a clinging clot. Recite, and your Lord is the Most Generous.
He who taught by the pen, taught man what he did not know.
How beautiful and sweet are these words. When Waraqa heard that, he rejoiced with a happiness that could not be surpassed.
And he said: Rejoice, and rejoice again.
For I bear witness that you are the one whom 'Isa son of Maryam gave glad tidings of, and that you are upon the same law as Musa.
And that you, that you are a Messenger sent, and you will command jihad after this day of yours.
And I will not live to see that day.
I do not fight the tyrant. I do not fight the tyrant.
When was that, O Zayd? That was after Muhammad told him about the voice that came to him.
So Waraqa said to him: Remain steadfast.
Until you hear what he says. Then the voice came to him, saying,
In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate. All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
The Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate, Master of the Day of Judgment.
You alone we worship, and You alone we ask for help.
Guide us to the straight path, the path of those You have blessed.
Not of those who have earned Your anger, nor of those who have gone astray.
To where? To Mecca.
Write down what you heard, Mus'ab, but I love you.
Please, I wanted to inform you, perhaps the Exalted wants good for you.
Muhammad.
The Prophet of this umma.
Allah sent him with the religion of truth.
Yes, that's it, O servants of Allah.
The introduction and Waraqa ibn Nawfal.
What is known as religions.
But he did not worship what we worship.
And he did not believe in what we believe, so he found relief and gave relief.
Is this gloating over Abu al-Hakam? No.
But his days were prolonged, and if it were not for the protection of Banu Asad,
I would not have left Mecca.
He distanced himself from you, and now he has died.
And Zayd ibn Amr ibn Nufayl did not accept it.
And Uthman ibn al-Huwayrith, in fact, they killed him.
Mecca and its people will not accept abandoning the religion.
And he, their elder, has passed away.
Waraqa was knowledgeable about religions.
It was said he was a hanif, and it was said he became Christian, and he read the scriptures.
And he listened to the people of the Torah and the Gospel.
He was eagerly awaiting the appearance of the Prophet.
And he was filled with joy when Khadijah, may Allah be pleased with her, told him what happened to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
And he was certain that he was the Prophet of this umma after he heard from him, so he said his famous words: By the One in Whose hand is the soul of Waraqa.
You are the Prophet of this umma, and the Greatest Messenger who came to Musa has come to you.
It is narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
Waraka was given glad tidings of jannah, and after the Islam of Umar ibn al-Khattab.
And Sa'id ibn Zayd ibn Nufayl said to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
Should we not seek forgiveness for Zayd ibn Amr ibn Nufayl? He said: Yes.
He will be resurrected on the Day of Judgment.
One umma.
Muhammad, son of my brother, and my son Ali.
They stand and perform sujud.
What is this that he is doing?
And they bow again.
This is something strange, the treaty of Quraysh. My nephew, what are you doing?
My nephew.
What is this religion you follow? I found you and Ali, my son,
prostrating, bowing, and standing? The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him: O uncle,
this is the religion of Allah, the religion of His angels, and the religion of His messengers.
And the religion of Ibrahim, with which Allah has sent me as a messenger to the people. And you, uncle, are the most deserving of my advice and my invitation to guidance.
And the most deserving to respond to me and support me in it.
I do not see myself leaving what I found my forefathers upon, but by Allah, no one will reach you with anything you dislike.
As long as I am alive. Khadijah, may Allah be pleased with her, was the best supporter for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
She used to comfort him and help him in guiding his household.
And in the Islam of his daughters, and when the revelation paused for the Messenger of Allah,
ﷺ she stood by him.
And she was the best wife, and for that reason the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
Gabriel sends her greetings after the revelation of soera ad-Duha, with which Allah honored His Prophet. In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
By the morning brightness, and by the night when it grows still.
Your Lord has not forsaken you, nor does He hate you. And the Hereafter is better for you than the first life.
And your Lord will surely give you, and you will be pleased.
Did He not find you an orphan and give you shelter?
And He found you lost, and guided you.
And He found you in need, and made you self-sufficient.
So as for the orphan, do not oppress him.
And as for the one who asks, do not repel him.
And as for the blessings of your Lord, speak of them.
Where are you going, Abu Dharr? To Mecca. And what is in Mecca? The season has not come yet, are you going for 'umrah?
Something momentous has happened in Mecca, I don't want to miss it.
A momentous event, you have some strange news, O Junada. All the Arabs will hear about it.
It's as if you intended that.
In secret, away from the eyes of Quraysh. No one should hear or know.
Because the Messenger of Allah ﷺ has not been commanded to proclaim openly yet.
Speak, O Abu Bakr, for you are the most knowledgeable of Quraysh about Quraysh, about its good and its evil, and you have good character.
That is why, and because of what you know about me, I have called you. Have you ever known me to be a liar, or to speak falsely, or to slander?
No, by Allah. Rather, Quraysh speaks of the gentleness and purity of your heart. You are the pride of Banu Taym. What do you say about Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Abdul Muttalib, Abu al-Qasim?
Muhammad the trustworthy, we have only known good from him. When he speaks, he is truthful, and we have never heard anything wrong or shameful from him.
And among Quraysh, he is known as the truthful and trustworthy. By Allah, you have only spoken the truth about Muhammad. He is good in his gatherings and presence, and his reputation is good whether he is present or absent.
Muhammad only calls you to honor in this world and the Hereafter.
Woe to what they call you to. He calls you to worship Allah, the One, the Only, with no partner, and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.
And that you disbelieve in Allah and al-Uzza and renounce all rivals.
Muhammad only called you to what is good.
What are you waiting for?
What are you waiting for? What should we do, Abu Bakr? Say: I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah.
And I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.
I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah.
And I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.
May Allah bless you and keep you firm upon iman. What are you doing, Zayd?
Zayd, why are you not answering me? Peace be upon you.
Peace be upon you.
Welcome, Bilal.
Tell me, what were you doing? Are you hiding something from me, Bilal? Hiding from you? What have I done to make me hide from you? Explain to me.
Perhaps it will be good for both of us.
And you hide what I say? By al-Lat and al-Uzza. Al-Lat and al-Uzza, I do not follow them, Bilal. You do not follow?
No Hubal, no Manat, no humiliation, no idol of theirs, and no statue of their statues. It seems you have some news.
Go ahead, Zaid. Bilal, Allah the Exalted alone, with no partner.
He is the one who created us, and to Him is the return. Tell me more, Zayd. People, Bilal, are brothers.
There is no difference between Arab and non-Arab, nor the rich and the poor, nor master and slave, except in taqwa.
Is this your toespraak or.
Rather, it is the toespraak of Muhammad ibn Abdullah, the Prophet of Allah whom He sent to us as guidance and mercy for the worlds. Believe, Bilal, believe in what he brought.
And what will happen if I do? Jannah.
Jannah, Bilal, and salvation from slavery and bondage.
What should I say then? Say what I say. I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah. I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah.
And I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. And I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.
May Allah keep you firm upon iman, my brother.
Brother? Yes, Bilal, my brother. Indeed, the believers are brothers.
O Zayd! O Zayd ibn Haritha!
Who is calling me? I am.
I am Mus'ab ibn Umair. Mus'ab ibn Umair, what does this well-dressed young man want?
What do you want, Mus'ab? I want to meet Muhammad ibn Abdullah.
Enough, enough, I am coming to you. A new religion that Muhammad has brought, different from the religion of Quraysh.
What is this event? But, by Allah, Quraysh has only known Muhammad for his honesty, loyalty, and amana.
And staying away from indecency, nothing suspicious about him, and nothing bad was ever reported from him. Peace be upon you, son of Umar, what news do you bring? Good news.
I want to speak to Abu al-Qasim about something important. Won't you tell me, when he adopted me and has been the best father to me?
No one calls me except Zayd ibn Muhammad. I don't think anyone can benefit me except Abu al-Qasim. They started talking about the new religion. Take me to him, please. Come on, Mus'ab, let's go.
Tell me about Muhammad, your nephew, Abdullah's son.
And what do you want from your cousin Muhammad, my son?
I want to know if he was a nursing infant.
You have a special status, O Zubair, she sees you. Tell me, mother.
Sit down, my son.
My son.
By Allah, Safiyyah does not lie and she would never consider lying.
Ever since he was a fetus, his miracles have continued one after another.
And his story spreads.
His name is Allah, my son. His mother dreamed while he was still a fetus.
That a light came out of her, illuminating the palaces of Busra and Persia.
Then, by Allah, my son, he was nursed among Banu Sa'd.
And Halima told us that there was no land on earth more barren than theirs.
And their livestock did not produce a single drop that year.
The livestock's ribs became full, and the land became lush.
Milk flowed abundantly in Halima's breasts.
Then, by Allah, my son grew up, and we never heard from him an obscene word.
His tongue never spoke a lie, and he never failed to fulfill any trust.
He never did any of the things the young men of Mecca used to do, like drinking alcohol or staying up late, and he was above all that.
Blessed and fortunate, courageous without arrogance, generous without boasting, he spoke words and placed them in their proper place.
He protects anyone who seeks his protection.
He helps those in distress and shows compassion to the weak.
I am going to him. And what do you want from him, my son?
By Allah, I will not follow him nor believe in him. And your uncle Naufal.
Waraqa was from Banu Asad, and Khadijah bint Khuwaylid's aunt, Zaynab, the best of women, was from Banu Asad.
Safiyyah bint Abdul Muttalib is my mother, and by Allah, I do not fear anything.
I am going to him.
You are blessed, my son, you are blessed.
By Allah, O Muhammad, you have only called us to the honor of this world and complete goodness.
And I have not heard any words sweeter or more pleasing to the ear than what I have heard.
I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. The Messenger of Allah says to you.
O Mus'ab, you will be harmed and face hardship, and you are a pampered and spoiled young man, and he fears that you may not endure.
By Allah, I do not care, even if my throat is cut. May Allah keep you firm in your iman, O Mus'ab. If Allah wills.
