His last question is: if he hears the adhan.

Through the radio or television, the adhan from the Haram, Shaykh, and it is live, and he repeats after it, does he get the reward of someone who is in the Haram and repeats after the mu'adhin?

As for the reward, it is if it is live, if it is live, but if it is not live.

Then he hears it, its ruling is like the one who reads the adhan from a book and repeats after it.

Considering that this is not live but recorded, and this is written, and all of them are not current occasions.

As for those who use early recordings, loudspeakers, or those who relay it, he repeats after it even if it is not the time of adhan.

Why? Because the Lawgiver has encouraged repeating after the mu'adhin even if it is not the time.

Even if it is not the time, because the matter of the adhan is broader, the adhan has a broader scope, so it might be called, for example, outside its time.

For any reason, according to some jurists, regarding, for example, the adhan to drive away the devil, or the adhan in the ear of a newborn—do we say it is legislated? What is the intended adhan in that case?

We say: this is the most apparent view, and so, in general, the most apparent view is that it is general, so we say regarding such a case, as long as it is alive.

Pronounced and intended at that time, then you repeat after it and receive the reward for repeating, not like in the case of war.

Some people say: this is the adhan of the Haram, do I get the reward of those who repeat in the Haram? No, the reward of the Haram is for the honor and the sanctity, and the multiplication of the prayer, and the honor for all deeds, according to the strongest opinion, and Allah knows best.
