May Allah reward you with goodness. Brother Faisal from Riyadh, please go ahead, brother Faisal.
Peace and mercy of Allah be upon you. Peace and mercy of Allah. I ask Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, that Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, benefits others through your knowledge, our sheikh.
In truth, I have a question, may Allah preserve you. The question is, we would like your excellency to give some advice.
For women who go to the markets, unfortunately in full adornment, and what is even worse is when her guardian is accompanying her, sheikh.
This is something that is not allowed, to go out in adornment.
So if she wants to go out for a need.
Even if it is to the mosque, she should not go out displaying her adornment.
The Prophet ﷺ said: Do not prevent the female servants of Allah
from the mosques of Allah, and let them go out without adornment.
That means without beautification, and Allah, Verheven en Hoog is Hij, said
And do not display yourselves as was the display of the former times of ignorance.
And tabarruj is showing adornment, so if she wants to go out for a need.
From her house to the market or to the mosque.
Or for studying or teaching, she should have taqwa of Allah.
She should cover herself and avoid decorative clothing.
She should avoid perfumes and pleasant scents.
Because this causes fitna from her and towards her.
And her guardian must prevent her from that, and not leave her or approve of it or go with her, and so on.
Because he is the one responsible for her, and he is accountable for her.
Allah, Verheven en Hoog is Hij, said: Men are caretakers over women.
Because Allah has given some of them more than others, and because they spend from their wealth.
So the man is responsible for the woman, and the man is a shepherd and responsible for his flock, yes.
