She says she prays Duha at nine in the morning, a little before or after that.
Is this its time? As for Duha, the time for Duha prayer begins when the sun has risen a spear's length above the horizon.
This is the end of the prohibited time, and the end of the prohibition is when it rises that much.
It is narrated from the Prophet, peace be upon him, specifying the length, and a spear is not specific to Duha prayer, but rather to the sun's elevation. This is mentioned by Abu Dawud, though there is discussion about it. In any case,
we say that when the sun rises and becomes bright and separates from the horizon,
then at that time the prohibited time has ended. It is known that the prohibited time is at sunrise and when it is about to set until it sets.
So when the sun sets, it is permissible for a person to pray. Likewise, when it has fully risen, when it has fully risen, that is the time of Ishraq.
This is about ten minutes or so, then a person can pray the Duha prayer. So if it is nine o'clock,
what is meant is this meaning, and the sun has risen, then it is definitely said that the time for the Duha prayer has begun. Its time ends when the sun passes its zenith, and that is the time when prayer is not allowed.
At that time, one refrains from prayer until the time for Dhuhr prayer begins after that. And Allah knows best.
