What is the ruling on eating meat that is not fully cooked?
So that its color is red and there is some blood in it.
Like what some restaurants serve, like eating liver.
That is, liver is eaten raw.
During slaughter, there are some elders who, during slaughter, cut from it and eat.
There is no problem, insha'Allah the Exalted, because cooking meat is not necessary if a person desires it.
There is nothing wrong with me eating it, even if it is not fully cooked.
