The second question, may Allah protect and preserve you: what is the ruling on cutting the eyebrow hair from the hair itself and not from the root of the hair?

It is not permissible to touch the eyebrow, because the Prophet ﷺ said: Allah has cursed the one who plucks eyebrows and the one for whom it is done.

The one who plucks is the woman who removes her eyebrow hair or takes from it, so it is not permissible to touch the eyebrows.

This is a major sin, because the Prophet ﷺ cursed the one who does it. Yes.
