What is the ruling on marriage with the intention of not having children by agreement between the spouses, especially if they both have children from a previous marriage? There is nothing wrong with it.
If they both agree, but it is not allowed for him to force her or for her to force him.
Because this is a mutual right, meaning he is not allowed to say to her.
I will marry you, but on the condition that we do not have children. You have children, I have children, so we will not have children, and she wants to have children, for example. It is not allowed to make this a condition.
And likewise the opposite, she says: No, I do not accept to have children for you, she is not allowed to do that.
So the point is, if they both agree by their own choice.
There is nothing wrong with this, insha'Allah the Exalted, but for one of them to force the other or for one to refuse the other because of this matter, this is not allowed.
