He says: The state gives a grant of ten thousand dinars to the guardian for each disabled person.
Yes, to take care of the disabled person. Is it permissible for the parents to use the money for their own living expenses?
Or to use the money for business, no, that is not allowed.
This money belongs to the disabled son or daughter.
So if you invest the money, you invest it for him, not for yourself.
That means you work with it in business for him, not for yourself.
The father and mother, but if there is a need.
The father or the mother, if they need from the money of this disabled person, they take from it as a loan.
And they return it to him later. But to take his money as if the disabled person has nothing, no, that's not correct.
This disabled person, depending on the disability of course, might get married in the future.
This money is the right of the wife, the children, the mother, and the father, meaning the heirs in general.
Sometimes, some disabilities are cured.
A person may recover from it, sometimes he may need.
This money is for someone else.
Like for treatment or providing services for him or something else, so basically this money is money, there is no difference between a person with a disability and others, this is the son's money.
Or the daughter's, it is not the father's money nor the mother's money. We go back to the rule we mentioned many times before: is it permissible for the father to take from his child's money?
We said it is not permissible for the father to take his child's money except under certain conditions, that he is in need.
And that they do not find any other means.
And this should not harm the child, and also, he should not take it just to show off to people.
He takes it because he needs it, not to invite people or to show off to them, or to take it and pay off other people's debts, or to take it and give it to some of his children. No, it should be for his own need.
And we still have the narration "You and your wealth belong to your father." We have mentioned more than once that this narration has weakness.
And it is correct that it is not authentically established from the Prophet.
ﷺ, so we should not be too lenient in this matter.
In taking wealth, meaning these are private properties of the children.
It is not permissible for fathers and mothers to take advantage of that. Allah's help is sought. He says: spending on the disabled person for all his needs should be from the grant, meaning.
It does not affect him, it does not affect him, there is no problem, but also this money belongs to him.
