The ruling on subscribing to a website for a gold shop to buy and sell gold with a loan.

With a trade loan or not for trade purposes?

For the purpose, for the purpose of trade. Inside Kuwait, knowing that when buying gold, you can request the gold to receive it in person at any time.

But for the ease of selling it again, you preferred to keep the gold at the shop to sell it. This is not allowed. Gold, as the Prophet ﷺ said, must be hand to hand.

You must give and receive. It is not allowed to sell and leave it.
