What is the ruling on someone who praises a righteous man by saying: I doubt you even have any sins at all.
He tells him: You have more taqwa than so-and-so.
I say, you have broken his back.
You have broken his back, and the Prophet ﷺ forbade praising a person to his face, and said: Throw dust.
In the faces of those who praise, so if he says this as a form of praise.
Then take the dust and throw it on him, let his dishdasha get dirty, fine.
He was covered in dust and said, "Fear Allah, this kind of talk is not allowed."
Okay, and if he says it in a mocking way or something like that.
You don't have any sins at all, you're always praying. mocking him and so on, also your concern. just a small throw, I mean.
But the point here is that such talk is not allowed.
