And also with some letters that do not exist in some languages and exist in others, so if he wants to memorize the Quran, it is difficult for him to produce a new articulation point.

It was not in his previous speech, so it became difficult for him, it became difficult for him.

We say, if it is of this type, then the matter is easy, considering that Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, does not burden a soul beyond its capacity, and this is his capacity, so in that case there is no blame on him. But we say he should not be a regular imam.

As for the person who is able to pronounce but is negligent and recites the Quran as it comes from his tongue, we say regarding that, it is not permissible for him to lead the prayer.

If he is of the second type, those who are able to pronounce the letters correctly but are negligent and recite in their common dialect, and he turns.

So we say that this is something that makes the prayer easier to accept, except that someone who makes such mistakes should not be appointed as a regular imam, but only for occasional prayers.
