What is the ruling on transferring money through exchange companies, knowing that they deduct the bank commission for the receiving banks?
These commissions differ from one bank to another, and the commissions also vary greatly when transferring in dollars compared to the local currency.
The basic rule for these transfers is that they are not allowed except through a specific way, but there is no other way.
This is a case of necessity, because a person is not allowed to travel.
And with him, how much? Two thousand dollars.
Five, ten thousand dollars. You are not allowed to carry more than ten thousand dollars in your pocket, so if someone wants to transfer twenty thousand, thirty thousand, how can he transfer it?
There is no way except through him, or through people, and if it is transferred through people, then he bears the responsibility.
And then they say, go look for him. These companies or banks are the safest way to deliver this money, so a person is compelled to do this, and there is nothing wrong with it, inshaAllah the Exalted.
