If I send a link containing the entire Quran, and I say this is a continuous charity on behalf of someone, is it considered a continuous charity? An electronic message, Sheikh, an electronic message with the entire Quran.

We say that spreading goodness is among the rewards and righteous deeds, whether a person spreads it electronically.

Or, for example, publishes it on paper or in another way.

If this book is read, or this Quran is read, or those remembrances are read, then the person, by Allah's permission, will receive that reward and its reward, and goodness and favor from Allah the Exalted for the one whom Allah has made the means for goodness.
