I say that what some women do by gathering their hair on their heads in the shape of a ball at the back of the head.
Does this fall under the warning for women who are clothed yet naked, with coverings over them? As for a woman gathering her hair.
For work, and then after that she lets it down, this is not.
Do not do this for adornment or beautification, but only out of necessity.
But as for raising it and gathering it for the sake of beautification.
If it is on top, then it falls under the prohibition.
As he ﷺ said: Their heads are like the humps of camels.
And if it is above, then it is included, but if it is on the neck, it is not included.
However, it should be warned against if the woman intends to go out to the market.
So if she goes out to the market and gathers it on her neck,
it will show from behind the abaya.
This attracts attention, so she should be advised against it if she wants to go out to the market.
Yes.
No, this is forbidden.
