May Allah reward you, sheikh. Our sister just asked about the ruling on short clothing for women among other women.
She is not allowed to wear short clothing when going out.
Nor among women, because it encourages women to wear such clothing, and they may follow her example, making her a bad role model.
And because women also observe hijab, a woman covers herself.
She covers her charms and her body from them.
So she only shows her face, hands, and feet to women and to her mahram men.
She shows these parts, these limbs that do not cause temptation.
As for what causes temptation, she covers it from men and from women.
