Hud says his Lord will be angry with us. Where is his Lord?

Here he comes to warn us. Tell us, Hud, when will your Lord's punishment come?

Knowledge of that is with Allah, but it is near. Near? We have been waiting for it for years.

You have become bored, arrogant, and unjust, so the punishment is due upon you. He will send a wind.

A wind like you have never seen before. A wind! Are we afraid of the wind? We build towers that withstand the wind.

Your towers will fall, your bodies will be blown away, and nothing will benefit you. Listen, Hud, I am the one who owns this city, I am the god!

You are a weak servant, Allah created you, and Allah will cause you to die. I could kill you now, do it, but know that my death will not save you.

Are you not afraid? I fear only Allah.

Look at him, weak and he does not scare us.

So let him believe. O Prophet of Allah, the paths have become narrow for us, the king is chasing us. Be patient, for Allah is with those who are patient.

How long should we be patient? Until the command of Allah comes, and it is near.

And know that Allah sees your heart. I am afraid I will die before I see victory. Victory is not seeing their destruction.

Victory is to die with iman, to die with iman.

Tell us about jannah, O Prophet of Allah. Jannah is what Allah has prepared for those with sabr. In it are rivers of honey and fruits that never end.

And there is no fear and no sadness.

But the most important thing is seeing Allah.

And eternal peace.
