Peace and mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you. Welcome, and may Allah make your times blessed.
I have a comment, which is.
That in principle.
We do not object, and our religion does not prevent.
Young men and young women from exercising, nor adults, both men and women, and children, both boys and girls—in general.
Women are the sisters of men. Just as a man loves sports, needs it, and enjoys it, a woman has the same right.
That she exercises and enjoys it.
With this sport just like the man.
But we need to pay attention to some matters, among them is the saying of Allah the Blessed and Exalted: and the male is not
like the female. It is not allowed to make the male like the female.
It is not allowed for a woman to participate with the man in all
his private matters, just as it is not allowed for the man to participate with the woman in her private matters.
Today we have started to see women carrying heavy weights.
And others wearing tight clothing in competitions, playing football and other such activities.
Their bodies are exposed or highlighted through sportswear or other clothing, and this is not allowed.
Guardians must fear Allah the Blessed and Exalted regarding their daughters and prevent them from this, and women must fear Allah the Blessed and Exalted; if it must happen, then only among women.
But for this to be shown publicly, on television or in stadiums or other open places, this is not allowed.
So we must fear Allah the Blessed and Exalted, and so must the men.
There are games that are forbidden, such as boxing and.
and similar games that involve striking the face.
The Prophet ﷺ forbade striking the face.
So pay attention. Islam does not prohibit playing, having fun, exercising, or other such things, but everything has its guidelines.
So we must adhere to these guidelines, whether we are men
or women. May the Blessed and Exalted guide us all to His straight path. Peace and mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you.
