This is not something specific only to the committee, brothers.
Enjoining good is general, not specific. Allah, Verheven en Hoog is Hij, says: The believing men and believing women are allies of one another.
They enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. All of you, all the believing men and women, all of them are included in this.
And He, de Verhevene, says: You are the best umma brought forth for mankind.
You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. It is not specific to the committee, nor to the rulers, nor to the judges, nor to the scholars; it is general, but the committee has a greater responsibility.
And the scholar has a greater responsibility, and the ruler has a greater responsibility, and the state has a greater responsibility, otherwise the matter is shared. Everyone has his duty in this great obligation.
The Prophet ﷺ says in the authentic narration: Allah did not send any Prophet.
To a nation before me except that he had disciples and companions from my nation who followed his sunnah and adhered to his commands, then after them there would come people who say what they do not do.
And they do what they are not commanded, so whoever strives against them with his hand is a believer, and whoever strives against them with his tongue is a believer, and whoever strives against them with his heart is a believer.
And beyond that, there is not even faith the size of a mustard seed.
And the Prophet ﷺ says in the authentic narration: Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand, and if he cannot, then with his tongue.
And if it does not even cross his heart at all, what do you think if ten or twenty people pass by, this one objects and that one objects, what will be the state of the one committing the evil?
If someone passes by and says, "My brother, have taqwa of Allah," or to a woman, "Have taqwa of Allah," then again a second time, then a third, then a fourth, won't this have an effect?
Allah is the One who affects people. No, not the committee. Even if the committee were a million, they wouldn't change people.
You must cooperate in doing good, with kind words, not with violence, with kind words.
With da'wah and sincere advice, violence may make things worse, but with kind words, my brother, have taqwa of Allah.
O servant of Allah, have taqwa of Allah, this is not allowed, cover yourself.
Have taqwa of Allah, stay away from evil, and you, servant of Allah, have taqwa of Allah, raise your garments, grow your beard, have taqwa of Allah in such and such, do not flirt with women, do not talk. I mean, what is possible.
The imitator, you see, with kind words and good manners, even if he insults you, even if he insults you.
They insulted the messengers before us, the disbelievers insulted the messengers, but it did not harm the messengers, it did not harm them. Allah raised their ranks and elevated their status.
And He multiplied their rewards, so that is following the example of the messengers, peace be upon them.
The disbelievers mocked Nuh, and mocked others, and mocked the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and they did not believe in that call to Allah.
Striving in His cause, so you too, are you not followers of the Messenger? Are you not among their followers? Are you not Muslims? You must strive.
She says: Help, those in Riyadh, and those in Jeddah, and those in Mecca, and those in.
Medina, those in Abha, those everywhere, those in the villages and in the deserts, all should help, knowing that they are soldiers among the Muslims. He should have taqwa, command and forbid, the state does not.
The state is keen on the truth, and praise be to Allah, but only in a good way, not by fighting with people, with kind words, not with violence and harshness, so that more problems do not occur. Yes.
