May Allah reward you with goodness. Which is better for a woman: to complete her higher studies or to get married if someone proposes to her?
No, a suitable husband whom she is pleased with is better for her than all the studies and all the certificates.
Even if she has advanced degrees,
and does not get married, this does not replace having a husband, seeking children, chastity, and other benefits of marriage.
The Prophet ﷺ says: If someone whose religion and trustworthiness you are pleased with comes to you, then marry him off.
If you do not do so, there will be fitna on earth and great corruption.
If Allah makes it easy for her to have a righteous husband along with her studies, then this is goodness upon goodness.
But if her studies conflict with marriage, then marriage takes priority because of the greater benefits it brings.
And there is much good in that for her, yes.
