Second, I forgot, and I asked about the expiation for an oath, sheikh. Regarding the expiation for an oath, she asked about whether it is by feeding or fasting. We say feeding.
Feeding comes first, feeding comes first if the person is not able to do that.
Then he fasts three days as expiation for his inability. Yes, may Allah reward you. And sheikh, it is common among many people that for the expiation of an oath, they immediately start fasting? No, that's wrong.
So we say, freeing a slave, then the person feeds ten needy people.
Or clothes them, and if the person cannot find that, then he fasts three days. So we say, this combines two things: order and choice.
As for the order and what is related to the first, and as for me.
The first with the second, and the three with fasting, and as for the choice, it is related to the first.
If a woman is unable to feed or clothe due to her poverty, in the expiation of her oath, then she moves to fasting three days.
And even if they are not consecutive, there is flexibility in this matter, and that is the stronger opinion.
