He says he has been married for about ten years and has
one daughter. He has not fallen short in anything regarding care, spending, luxuries, or travel for his wife, but she is neglecting her religious duty towards him, and he has advised her hundreds of times.
Nothing has changed, and he has been in this situation for six years. He fears fitna for himself, so what is the ruling on this matter?
Continue advising her, and that she should have taqwa regarding you.
Or marry another, praise be to Allah, there is room in this matter.
You may marry a second wife, and perhaps Allah the Exalted will grant you righteous offspring.
But before you marry her, advise her, tell her, and say to her: You are pushing me towards.
Marrying a second wife, and we point this out. If she says, "I have nothing to do with you, this is what there is, go ahead and marry a second," then Allah the Exalted will grant all of you success.
