What is the wisdom behind not accepting the testimony of someone who flies pigeons?
In the past, Imam al-Shafi'i spoke about this issue.
Because these people, in most cases in the past,
first, they would go up on rooftops and look into people's houses, so they had no piety in this regard. Secondly, they would steal pigeons.
For example, he would take someone else's pigeons and hide them, or he would go down with the pigeons and hide them.
Besides the lying they have, but if someone is not like that.
He doesn't have these things, he doesn't lie, he doesn't enter people's houses, this is the situation of the rest of the Muslims.
